Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the teamThe Collaboration team helps Stripe employees work smarter and efficiently, get to know each other, and request and receive help from one another. The team is nimble and creative. We work across a wide stack—on any given day, we discuss user interface design, data models, API design, infrastructure maintenance, or all of the above. We're excited to innovate in a space that traditionally isn't thought of as at the forefront of innovation.
Being a small team, we carefully choose what we work on to have the highest leverage. This is not always easy: we work very cross-functionally, at times partnering with various groups from engineering to Communications to top management of the company. But one of our greatest rewards is getting to sit next to and see the impact our work has on our users: our fellow Stripe employees.
What you'll doAs an engineer on the Collaboration team, you'll be a key member of a team that acts as a force multiplier on the internal tools that Stripe uses. You'll focus on building innovative GenAI-powered experiences that help Stripe employees be more productive across various tasks and activities. You'll build these experiences by collaborating with multiple other teams across Stripe and experimenting with different ideas and the newest technologies.

• Uphold high standards for engineering and product quality and mentor newer team members to do the same.
