    • Coach engineers and team leads on architectural patterns, design decisions, and engineering best practices
    • Foster a blameless post-mortem culture focused on learning and system improvement
    • Work closely with product owners and customers to understand multi-cloud management pain points and translate them into portal features
    • Design scalable, multi-tenant Cloud Management Portal architecture supporting AWS, GCP, Azure environments
    • Architect secure authentication and authorization using OpenID Connect, EntraID/Azure AD, and SAML with role-based access control
    • Lead infrastructure-as-code strategy using Terraform and AWS CDK; automate deployments, testing, monitoring, and operational tasks
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI within the portal: cost optimization recommendations, anomaly detection, policy automation, resource right-sizing
    • Stay current with AI/ML advancements and evaluate adoption feasibility for customer-facing portal features

Qualifications

Technical Requirements
    • Deep expertise in Node.js: async patterns, performance optimization, enterprise patterns, microservices architecture
    • Expert-level understanding of authentication and authorization: OpenID Connect (OIDC), Azure AD/EntraID, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0
    • Strong grasp of identity and access management principles, zero-trust architecture, and least-privilege design
    • Production-grade cloud architecture on AWS: compute (Lambda, ECS, EC2), storage, databases, networking, and security
    • Expert proficiency in AWS CDK and strong Terraform skills: modular design, state management, CI/CD integration

    • Strong communication skills; ability to visualize architecture through diagrams and compelling narratives
Minimum Qualifications
    • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership
    • Proven track record designing and operating production systems at scale
    • Experience building multi-tenant SaaS or enterprise platforms
    • Fluent in English; capable of engaging with international customers
    • Willingness to learn, experiment, and operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
    • Intrinsic motivation to continuously raise engineering standards and customer satisfaction
    • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
    • Curiosity for AIL advancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
