Job Description
Join SEEK’s newly crafted team within Cloud Enablement team and play a key role in optimising our cloud platforms while supporting internal teams with scalable, cutting-edge solutions. Working in a large-scale AWS environment, this role offers the opportunity to drive impactful change at scale, ensuring compliance, cost management, and robust governance.
You’ll focus on building tools and systems that benefit the entire organisation, from crafting provisioning environments to supporting critical infrastructure projects like centralised backups, notification systems, and tagging strategies. This is a chance to blend technical expertise with stakeholder teamwork, shaping SEEK’s cloud operations for the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and improve tools for AWS authentication, account creation, and large-scale changes.
- Drive the development of a rules engine and support infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards across AWS environments.
- Optimise cloud platform performance, focusing on cost management and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience working with AWS and managing large-scale environments
- Experience across Devops, AWS and Software Engineering
- Exposure to working within a cloud operations team within a medium to large enterprise environment
- Strong software engineering background, with expertise in CDK, TypeScript, and AWS
- Proficiency in tools like GitHub, CI/CD pipelines (Buildkite preferred), Python, and Kubernetes
- Proven track record to manage multiple projects and deliver impactful solutions
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to drive innovation in a dynamic environment
