Requirements
PREFERRED AREA OF EXPERTISE
- C, Linux, SIP, Shell Script, FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS or Kamailio, MySQL, XMPP eJabberd or similar Chat server.
- Basic MySQL Queries, Know Redis or similar cache technology.
- Socket Connection, Code Quality & Version Control SVN/GIT.
- Working knowledge of Linux, Bash, SSH, SFTP etc.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge of VOIP/SIP, RTP & related protocols.
- Understanding of Software Design, Documentation, Implementation, Unit testing and QA testing.
- Must be good in C & Linux.
- Good hands on gdb, valgrind & similar debug tools.
- Good hands on wireshark/tcpdump & similar network debug tools.
- Able work with third party libraries like MySQL C APIs, CURL/JSON APIs etc.
- Debug and Troubleshoot Issues.
- Preferably know WebRTC, Conferencing Solution.
GENERAL COMPETENCIES/SOFT SKILLS
- Good communication skills. Verbal and written in English.
- Issue identification and self analyze the way for resolution and work around.
- Dynamic attitude to experiment with new tools,
technologies & programming languages.
