Software Engineer (C#)

A day at MKS :

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (C#) to work in our company MKS based in Crewe (Hybrid mode, 2 days remote per week), to be part of a global engineering team. You will play a key role under the Software engineering manager.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Develops software applications using high level programming languages
• Works within a multi-disciplinary team to sustain and innovate for an award-winning product line
• Analyses requirements, design, implement, document, and test against customer, marketing, and engineering requests
• Follows software and business processes to ensure high level quality and robustness of deliverables
• Contributes meaningfully within the software team to improve on-time delivery and frequency of new releases

Your skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electric Engineering or related is required
• A significant similar experience as Software C# Engineer is required
• Experience with C# with WPF knowledge and SQL required
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills
• Be adaptable to handle requirement shift
• Knowledge of Angular, JSON, XML, HTML5, JavaScript desired
• Previous experience of Virtual Machines and hosting them desirable
• Basic network understanding and experience with network devices desired
• Experience with Agile is an advantage
