What You Will Do
- Implement new features, enhance existing features, and eliminate bugs
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings
- Own your personal development by learning and growing (being mentored & mentoring others)
- Solve problems using knowledge, passion and curiosity
- Code with adherence to best practices including test driven development
- Partner with our DevOps team to support CI/CD pipelines
Travel/Physical Demands
- Travel typically less than 10%
- Office environment with no special physical demands required
Technologies We Use
- Languages & Frameworks: C# and .Net 4.7 AND C++
- Frontend: WinForms, WPF, and WinUI
- Databases: MS SQL Server
- DevOps & Tools: GitLab, Jira
- Client-Server Architecture and Windows Native Applications
Qualifications
What You Will Have
- 2+ years of experience building desktop UI and backend enterprise software utilizing our technology stack
- Experience working in an agile environment. (Jira a plus)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy sharing ideas with, and learning from, other team members
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
The posted range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
