About the Team

ResMed Homecare Private Duty is a back office application used by Home Health agencies to provide homecare for clients through caregivers/staffs. This application manages the client and caregiver information, creates and manages schedules between them, matches the caregivers with clients based on availability, attributes and compatibility, simplifies billing for private duty, insurance and government billing. It also offers Web based UI and Matrixcare Mobile application for meeting the commercial needs of Homecare.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities

• The primary objective of software engineering is to design, develop, test and deliver software that meets our business and customer needs.

• Key responsibilities include: Design, develop and test software; Verify software behavior meets requirements through manual and automated tests; Deliver quality product within timeline; Document product design; Analyze, debug and help resolve customer issues; Collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders required.

• Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts. Typically requires a university degree or equivalent work experience.

• Responsibilities might also include:
  (1) Performing routine professional-based activities
  (2) Contributing to and managing projects

• Networks with contacts outside own area of expertise.

• Leads a cooperative effort among members of a project team.

• Serves as a best practice resource within own area of work.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience

• 4+ years experience with C# (.NET )

• 4+ years experience with Object Oriented Programming

• 4+ years experience writing Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers in Transact SQL on Microsoft SQL Server

• Experience with Backend programming

• Experience with WCF Services

• Experience with Windows Forms

• Experience with RESTful Web Services

• Experience with ASP.NET & MVC, and an understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript. Unit tests.

• Experience with full product lifecycle development processes in a software company

• Experience developing enterprise software applications in an n-tier architecture

• Strong Interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with azure devops and pipelines, and Powershell

• Knowledge of LTPAC Industry a big plus

• Knowledge of the Agile - Scrum Development Processes

• Applies functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems or execute specialized projects.

• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
