As a BPM Developer, you will play a hands-on technical role focused on automating, digitizing, and transforming operational environments across multiple business units. You will leverage software design and engineering expertise to build scalable, efficient, and robust solutions that improve business processes and enhance customer and associate experiences.
Working within Fidelity’s Advanced Process Solutions (APS) team, you will help reimagine workflows and deliver innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and enable seamless digital experiences. This role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Translating business requirements into scalable BPM solutions aligned with customer needs and internal standards
- Designing and developing robust, maintainable BPM implementations
- Contributing to analysis and design discussions with strong technical input

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and REST APIs
- Experience with Camunda BPM or other BPM platforms
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud service providers
- Understanding of business process improvement and re-engineering concepts
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Background in financial services, particularly in operations or technology roles.
