The Impact You’ll Make
- 设计并开发高可用、高扩展的后端架构，支持每日千亿级请求
- 优化广告投放、实时竞价、数据处理等核心服务的性能与稳定性
- 构建高效数据存储及处理方案，应对海量广告与用户数据
- 提供稳定、清晰的API接口，赋能广告管理及数据分析等功能
- 持续进行系统性能调优，提升吞吐、降低延迟，保障高并发场景可靠性
Who You Are
- 1-3年后端开发经验，计算机相关专业本科及以上学历
- 扎实的计算机基础，深刻理解数据结构、算法、操作系统等
- 精通至少一门后端语言（Java/Go/C++），具备高性能代码设计和优化能力
- 熟悉分布式系统原理与实践，有SQL/NoSQL数据库调优经验
- 具备海量数据处理和实时数据管道开发经验，熟悉大数据相关技术者优先
- 优秀的发现和解决问题能力，持续学习热情，良好团队协作和沟通能力
- 责任感强，结果导向，能主动推动项目进展并追求卓越
