  • Engineering Velocity: Identify areas of high volatility and design flexible systems to minimize technical debt and accelerate delivery speed.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with multi-functional leaders (Product, Design, Eng, Science) to define and implement innovative roadmaps that align with global business goals.

  • Quality: Champion testable architectures and continuous delivery practices to ensure the highest levels of system reliability.

  • Execution & Mentorship: Break down sophisticated projects into executable landmarks. Provide deep technical coaching, high-standard code reviews, and mentorship to elevate the engineering bar across the team.

  • Systems Thinking: Proactively identify gaps across functional areas, propose long-term engineering roadmaps, and drive the resolution of systemic issues.

  • Operational Excellence: Lead the strategy for E2E testing, release management, and on-call support for our "always-on" global platform.

  • Delivers results in fast-paced environments (agile, TDD, CI/CD)

  • Outstanding ability to navigate technical trade-offs, making high-stakes decisions that balance immediate business needs with long-term architectural health.

  • Strong sense of E2E ownership with the ability to align multi-functional teams and mentor junior engineers toward technical growth.

  • Ability to think innovative and contribute to the success of the products, processes and customer experience
