Get to Know the Team

The Lending team builds safe, secure and versatile loan products for all user segments. We manage a range of platform primitive components such as Loan Management System, Repayments Engine and Product Flow Orchestator to name a few. We take pride in building distributed systems that have an impact on the lives of millions of users in our endeavour to out-serve the underserved population. Theories like Idempotency, CAP theorem, Distributed Agreement are more than just theoretical terms for us and have bearings on the systems we build.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for passionate developers who not only have the necessary skills but also offer more, to become part of our team. You will collaborate with the product, business, and program management teams to ensure delivery of your work. You will directly report to the Engineering Manager and the role will be full on-site at our Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform:

• Develop applications using GoLang, ensuring clean and efficient code.
• Identify main tasks, manage them throughout the software development life cycle, and automate tasks.
• Work with multiple teams to define requirements, design new features, and deliver them.
• Lead coding standards efforts, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, debug, and update existing software.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies to improve products and processes, and mentor junior engineers to support their growth..

What Essential Skills You Need:

• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience shipping products (like web applications or backend services, etc.) to production.
• You can be a good coder in any language, but willing to work on Golang
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonseia and English
• Experience automating tasks using appropriate tools and scripting, and experienced in conducting code reviews to ensure high coding standards.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and staying updated with new technologies and security practices.
