Position Summary:
We are seeking a Mid-Senior-level Software Engineer focusing on the backend to join our dynamic team operating in an agile development environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in the software engineering development lifecycle and experience in C#.
This role has two shifts: 3pm - 12am IST & 9am - 6pm IST
You Will:
- Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performance backend systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C# utilizing TDD
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Implement secure RESTful and gRPC APIs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices
- Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements and developing user stories and estimates
- Provide technical support for web applications
You'll Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in backend development with C#
- Strong understanding of the .NET framework (.NET 5+ preferred) building WebAPI and/or gRPC services
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
- Understanding of scalable cloud architectures and performance profiling preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Exposure to Docker and Containerized development and debugging
