What you do
- Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages and technologies

Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably within banking, financial services, or enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Webflux and Python
- Proficient in front-end technologies including ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, MUI, Styled Components and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Develop reactive and event-driven applications leveraging non-blocking architectures and asynchronous processing patterns
- Create and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium / Playwright for UI/functional testing and Gatling for performance and load testing
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
