AI-First EngineeringWe build software using an AI-first engineering workflow. Engineers are expected to use modern coding agents to accelerate development while maintaining high standards of software design, testing, security, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong engineering judgment alongside effective use of AI.
Build and maintain production-quality software
Deliver features from design through deployment
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in design discussions and code reviews
Debug production issues and improve system reliability
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams
2–5 years of software engineering experience
Strong programming skills in Java or similar object-oriented languages
Understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems fundamentals
Experience building production applications
Strong debugging and testing fundamentals, including debugging code you didn't write yourself
Comfortable using Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding agents
Able to validate AI-generated code and produce production-ready solutions
Familiarity with databases and data modeling
