Skills Required
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms
- Ability to resolve complex technical challenges
- Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python
- Experience with back-end integrations, server-side applications, and data manipulation
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end design
