In order to support our business we are looking for an AI-focused Software Engineer.
Position Summary:
This position specializes in the development of textile application software. Focuses on delivering robust technical solutions for Datacolor’s global textile clients. We hope this candidate will possess strong communication and organizational abilities, proactively monitor market trends, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with industry needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teamwork: Collaborate with internal product managers and external clients to develop and maintain software applications.
- Software development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of software solutions.
- Technical documentation: Organize and edit technical documentation for software development.
- Product responsibilities: Understand and fulfill the specific needs of customers.
- Other work: Independently complete the tasks assigned by the superior leaders on time.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors; proficient in C#, skilled in back-end development with .NET Web API, familiar with Angular/Vue3 front-end framework and have practical experience in front-back joint debugging.
- skilled in SQL Server, capable of writing SQL and stored procedures independently, and master basic database tuning.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps as platform for the development process. Experience with tools for creating software application installation packages; knowledge of WiX Toolset is a plus. Have knowledge of the ISO27001 information security management system standard.
- 1-3 years of proven experience developing industrial applications. Experience of textile printing and dyeing industry will be a plus.
- Able to read English technical documents fluently, with capabilities for English email and written communication.
