We’re currently diving into an exciting area - data processing, report generation and trend investigation, all using AI.
You’ll work on cloud‑native products across backend engineering, infrastructure as code, and modern DevOps tooling.
Whether you’re junior or senior, what matters most is technical maturity, a drive to move things forward, and the ability to work responsibly.
Working from home is absolutely not a problem - but from time to time, we do like to meet in the office.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Solid Java skills, or another OOP language with the willingness to switch.
- Scala/functional programming interest—not a must to know today, but you’re keen to learn it.
- Developed and integrated LLM-based APIs (e.g., OpenAI) into applications.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD (we use the Atlassian stack).
- Initiative to drive things forward because you enjoy it—exploring new tech, joining/leading knowledge‑sharing sessions, pair programming, and generally helping pull the team ahead.
- Curiosity, ownership, and a habit of turning improvements into reality.
- Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge.
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and English (at least B2).
- Willingness to meet in the office in person from time to time (and if you prefer working from the office more regularly, that’s very welcome too).
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with scalable AI inference workflows, and managing agent orchestration in production systems.
- DevOps hands‑on: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure.
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Helm, Ansible…
