Job Description:The Software Engineer I assists in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications that leverage advanced AI capabilities. This position works closely with senior developers to learn best practices and contribute to coding, testing, and debugging tasks. This role involves collaborating with team members to understand project requirements and implement solutions under guidance. Software Engineer II: $37.80 - $56.70
Senior Software Engineer: $46.52 - $69.78

Education Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging AI-enabled applications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of more experienced team members
• Maintain detailed documentation of code, processes, and AI models to ensure clarity and reproducibility
• Continuously learn and stay updated on AI technologies and best practices
• Work closely with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to team goals
• Participate in the testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, data analytics, statistics)

Required Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of software engineering or relevant experience
• Experience with JavaScript (React, Node.js) or Python (Django, Flask) for building web applications
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python,Scala,Java
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) with simple model integration in applications
• Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker

Preferred Qualifications:

• A solid understanding of the common software development lifecycle, practices, and tools, including stages such as requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
• Familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Scrum, and tools such as ServiceNow for project tracking and management
• Knowledge of GIT for version control and managing source code repositories
• Experience in integrating AI models, particularly those based on GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer), into applications
