Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a highly skilled Senior AdTech Engineer to join our dynamic Marketing Engineering team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing our advertising technology stack, driving impactful digital advertising campaigns and ensuring seamless integration with various advertising platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable AdTech solutions that enhance our marketing efforts and support our growth in the AI-driven marketplace.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain our advertising technology stack, including Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), Ad Hubs, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)

Work with marketing teams to optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data-driven insights to improve performance

Lead the integration of AdTech solutions with other marketing platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and automation across systems

Develop and enhance real-time bidding and programmatic advertising capabilities to increase efficiency and ROI

Build and maintain data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analysing advertising data. Implement analytics solutions to provide actionable insights

Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists and other business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver innovative AdTech solutions

Ensure that all AdTech solutions are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with business goals

Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations, ensuring that all advertising technologies meet security and privacy requirements
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience: 5+ years of experience in AdTech, with a strong background in digital advertising technologies and platforms

Proficiency in working with DSPs, DMPs, Ad Hubs, CDPs, and related AdTech systems

Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and analysis

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar

Proven experience in ad Tech or related field, with a strong understanding of ad-serving technologies (e.g., Google ecosystem, Live Ramp, LinkedIn)

Strong Experience with near real-time stream processing( Micro-services, Spark, Flink, Storm, and Kafka Connect ) at scale

Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising tools and platforms, real-time bidding systems, and data-driven ad optimisation techniques

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets and improve campaign performance

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in cross-functional environments

Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
