Your Responsibilities
- Be a key player on the development of enterprise-grade financial applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Build robust, modular software components that support ERP and EPM integrations, billing and accounting workflows.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities to deliver high-quality financial solutions.
- Implement security protocols and maintain compliance with financial regulations and corporate standards.
- Drive seamless integration between ERP systems and financial applications to support billing cycles and reporting.
- Provide technical leadership, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices within the team.
- Implement automated testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement processes.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related STEM field, from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree in related field preferred
- At least 5 years’ experience as a full stack software developer
- Proficient in
- Java 1.8 and beyond
- Spring framework, Spring REST
- Programming Languages: Java, Python, Node.js, or similar.
- Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React or Angular).
- Back-End: RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.
- AWS Services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Step Functions, API Gateway, CloudFront.
- DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD Pipelines.
- Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, Terraform.
- Security: IAM, Secrets Manager, encryption best practices.
- Preferred
- Generative AI knowledge
- Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering
- AI Powered tools like Cline
- Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven design.
- AWS, Java or Python certification.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP
- Generative AI knowledge
Demonstrates key competencies to include action orientation, drive results and cultivating innovation by making use of AI as a regular part of the development lifecycle.
Your Team
This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Director, Software Engineering. You will have 8 peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
