About the role

At Persona, new grad engineers make an impact from day one. You’ll ship code to production, work across different systems and technologies, and help shape the product our customers rely on every day. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, and product to bring big ideas to life and see your work make a difference for real users.

We intentionally keep our new grad classes small so you get dedicated mentorship, real ownership, and the chance to take on meaningful projects. If you’re excited to learn, solve tough technical challenges, and be part of a fast-growing startup, we’d love to have you on the team!

What you'll bring to Persona

• You’re currently pursuing (or have completed) a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field.

• You have programming experience, whether through school, internships, or projects. We use Ruby/Rails, TypeScript, React/Redux, and Python, but don’t worry if you haven’t worked with these yet. Strong fundamentals matter more than knowing a specific language or framework.

• You enjoy collaborating with teammates, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to bring ideas to life.

• You take pride in seeing projects through from start to finish, even when they touch a wide range of technologies and systems.

• You’re excited by the pace and energy of a fast-growing startup—we have a lot to build, and your work will play a big role in it.
