This is a full-stack engineering role where you will:
Contribute to backend services and APIs
Build user-facing web applications and internal tools
Support development of workflow systems and automation platforms
You’ll work on features that improve agent productivity and customer experience, collaborating closely with senior engineers.
This is a hands-on IC role:
~70–80% coding (frontend + backend)
~20–30% collaboration, reviews, and learning
You will primarily own well-scoped features with guidance.
Must-Have QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
2–4 years of full-stack software development experience
Proficiency in Java (or similar backend language)
Experience building or contributing to REST APIs
Basic understanding of databases (SQL; exposure to NoSQL is a plus)
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks
Understanding of API integration and responsive UI development
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines, basic testing and debugging practices
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Basic familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
Awareness of how AI/LLMs are used in applications (APIs, simple workflows, automation)
Exposure to Spring Boot or similar frameworks
Familiarity with Docker or cloud environments
Foundational knowledge of state management (Redux, etc.)
Exposure to monitoring/logging tools
Awareness of workflow or automation systems
Exposure to LLM-based features, such as chat or summarization use cases, prompt-based workflows, API-based AI integrations
Develop and maintain frontend and backend components
Build and enhance web applications and APIs
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
Troubleshoot issues in development and production with guidance
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers
Contribute to improving performance, scalability, and reliability
Support development of AI-enabled features or integrations (e.g., automation, assistive workflows)
Delivers well-defined features with guidance
Writes clear, reliable, and maintainable code
Actively participates in team processes and code reviews

Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$80,800 - $143,600Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
