Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products
- Takes full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code
- Consistently creates optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs
- Performs analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements

Preferred Qualifications- Experience building AI/GenAI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent AI platforms.
- Experience integrating AI services with enterprise systems, APIs, workflows, and data platforms.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
