Join a high-performance team as a Software Engineer to overhaul the $300B insurance industry. You will own core infrastructure and AI pipelines for an AI-native claims processor already generating multi-seven-figure ARR. This is a high-intensity, on-site role in San Francisco for builders who want to ship production-grade code from day one.

What you will do:
Own core system design including PostgreSQL databases, vector DBs, and scalable cloud architecture on AWS/GCP.
Build and deploy multi-modal AI systems that automate complex insurance intake, fraud detection, and routing workflows.
Drive the full product lifecycle from writing technical specs to shipping production features alongside the founding team.
The ideal candidate:
Proven builder with 2-5+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with Python and cloud-native environments.
High-agency problem solver with a background in high-performance environments like HFT firms, quant shops, or top research labs.
Mastery of modern engineering stacks including REST, GraphQL, Docker, and complex database management.
