Java Full Stack Software Engineer

As an Software engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that the software we build — and help our clients build — is robust, well-tested, and designed with long-term quality in mind.You might be involved in greenfield product development for a startup, enhancing a critical enterprise system, or embedding within a client’s existing team to improve their engineering practices and test infrastructure. You’ll also have opportunities to coach and mentor teams in effective testing strategies, automation, and quality-first development.Our culture is built on transparency and trust. We’re expanding our team and are looking for Software engineer who enjoy tackling complex problems, exploring new tools, and building scalable, testable systems. We’d love to hear from you if you have experience with:

• Creating tools and harnesses for load and performance testing
• Writing production-quality code in Java and JavaScript
• Designing and implementing API and service-level tests
• Using JUnit and Mockito for unit and integration testing
• Building and maintaining test frameworks with Selenium and Appium
• Working with Docker to simulate environments and streamline CI/CD pipelines
• Developing both UI and backend testing strategies
• Thinking critically about system behavior, edge cases, and long-term reliability
