What you’ll do:
As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving software solutions. You will contribute across the full application lifecycle, provide technical leadership, and ensure high-quality standards. You will collaborate with architects, program managers, and external partners, while mentoring junior team members.
In detail, you will:
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable software solutions (backend, database, and frontend)
- Lead development of desktop applications using WPF (.NET)
- Architect and contribute to web applications and services
- Design and optimize relational databases (preferably MS SQL Server)
- Define and enforce best practices in code versioning (Git / GitHub / Bitbucket) and CI/CD workflows
- Review code and ensure adherence to quality and security standards
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system performance and reliability
- Support, fix, improve and maintain the existing legacy code base
- Coordinate and guide internal and external developers
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical decisions
- Continuously evaluate and propose new tools, technologies, and improvements
- Support deployment, release management, and lifecycle maintenance
- Use version control systems (Git / GitHub / Bitbucket) for source code management.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Support deployment and troubleshooting activities.
- Document technical solutions and processes.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong expertise in .NET / C# ecosystem
- Proven experience with WPF desktop application development
- Solid experience in web development (frontend and/or backend frameworks)
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL Server preferred)
- Strong experience with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket)
- Experience with software architecture patterns and best practices
- Familiarity with API design, integration (REST), and distributed systems
- Advanced English.
