We are looking for a Software Development Manager at our Minneapolis, MN location responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of software applications and related integrations.
What You'll Do:
- Develop in depth knowledge of business processes and systems environment and actively participate in the definition, design, development, testing and implementation of software functionality using the Agile methodology.
- Create or modify complex programs, modules, routines, scripts and data objects from a detailed design where efficiency, performance and reliability are critical.
- Collaborate to identify, isolate and resolve malfunctions related to software, conduct knowledge transition on solutions to the designated application support team.
- Create and evolve application documentation as required.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 6 years of experience.
- Full term of experience must include: software engineering development lifecycle practices and processes;
- Java, Python, or similar modern language;
- Common development frameworks and web technologies such as Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services, Jenkins, Terraform, Agile/Scrum, open-source technologies, responsive application design; and
- Performance management.
- The position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Base Salary Range
$148,500-$237,500 USD
