As the Software Development Manager in a team environment you will work with Product Management and UX to help define and build new features within our Signals portfolio. You will lead a small group of developers, building out new Biologics functionality within our Signals Platform.
Responsibilities:
Help architect solutions working closely with peers and management ensuring solutions fit into our strategic biologics vision
Lead a small team of developers
Work closely with UX and Product management to help define features
Participate in all team activities such as planning, requirements definition, design discussions, code reviews, and software development
Work effectively with other team members to provide a quality product for our customers
Minimum Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
10+ years of Software Development experience
Expert in JavaScript, React, Java
Experience using or developing REST APIs
Experience with cloud technologies and microservices
Expert building large scale, high-available applications
Experience technically leading small teams of developers
Desired Skills and Experience
MS in Biology or equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated experience with Biologics features
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members
Creative problem-solving skills
