Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the software development process aligns with best practices and client expectations. Your role will also include mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment to drive innovation and efficiency in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. -Manage AWS infrastructure components (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Load Balancer, RDS, CloudWatch, SNS, ASG, etc.). -Implement best practices for infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and cost optimization. -Manage AWS security, including IAM roles, policies, encryption, and key management. -Monitor resource utilization and performance using AWS CloudWatch. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) - AWS Infrastructure Management. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies, Windows and Linux Administration: -Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems (updates, patching, hardening). -Monitor system health, availability, and performance. -Troubleshoot OS-level issues, file system problems, and security events. -Good Troubleshooting knowledge -Good Understanding of backup, snapshot, and disaster recovery planning -Maintain user access controls and system-level scripting for automation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Infra /administration experience in both Linux and Windows environment. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15-year full time education is required.15 years full time education
