Senior Full Stack Developer - Java & React

ISS STOXX is actively hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer - Java & React for Mumbai (Goregaon East) location. 

Overview: 

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you should have a solid background JAVA and React and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems. Candidate will mentor and manage the team. Candidate must be self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of the project and tasks assigned. 

Responsibilities: 

• Understand business processes, underlying data architecture and architect/design/automate manual business processes. 

• Develop rich user interfaces which incorporate complex business workflows. 

• Provide technical support to business users of above systems. 

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with global business and technical teams. 

• Willingness to learn and work on different technologies and tools. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent. 

• Overall ~5-9 years of experience building rich user interfaces. 

• Proficiency in Java programming. 

• Proficiency in ReactJS. 

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming. 

• Experience with SQL Server. 

• Willingness to learn modern development practices, frameworks, and patterns.  

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes. 

• Exposure to microservices architecture, including understanding of service-based design, API integration, and distributed systems. 

• Self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of end-to-end execution of projects. 

• Strong communication skills. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Engage with global business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. 

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast paced, rapidly changing and complex environment. 

• Flexible and willing to work in 11/12 to 8/9 pm timings. 

Good to have: 

• Familiarity with Capital markets and Mutual funds industry/data. 

• Familiarity with python. 

• Maintain a proactive focus on fostering business growth by recommending innovative solutions. 

• Basic familiarity with development methods and processes such as Agile Scrum.
