Job Summary 

• Job Summary:

  We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Software Development Engineer with a strong understanding of library development and experience with intelligent tracking platforms such as Tealium IQ or Google Tag Manager. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of revenue attribution, marketing, ad tracking technologies, and AWS services. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing both web applications and libraries that integrate with various marketing and analytics platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality libraries and web applications using JavaScript, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and integration with tracking platforms.
• Implement and manage intelligent tracking solutions using platforms like Tealium iQ, Google Tag Manager, or similar.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to set up, test, and optimize tracking for ad campaigns, revenue attribution, and user behavior analysis.
• Ensure accurate data collection and reporting through integration with analytics and marketing tools.
• Utilize AWS services for application hosting, data storage, and scaling solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that supports cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize both libraries and applications for maximum performance, scalability, and accurate data tracking.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing, with a focus on best practices in tracking, attribution, and cloud-based solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, particularly in marketing technology, ad tracking, revenue attribution, and cloud services.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object models.
• Experience in both library development and integration with third-party platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of intelligent tracking platforms like Tealium iQ, Google Tag Manager, or similar.
• Understanding of revenue attribution models, marketing technologies, and ad tracking systems.
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, CloudFront, EC2) and their integration with web applications and libraries.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Ability to write modular, reusable code and follow coding standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and test-driven development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
