Position Summary

  • Manage security vulnerabilities, working with security and compliance teams to draft findings and remediation plans and get approvals from technical leads.
  • Provide guidance to application and project teams regarding security controls and adherence to Archer standards.
  • Support vendor applications (on prem and hosted), as needed, including installation, configuration, and modification of vendor software on Windows servers.
  • Track progress of remediation plans and ensure we are tracking to committed dates.  Meet with team as often as necessary to ensure full alignment and adherence to due dates.
  • Complete Annual Security Assessments for application portfolio.
  • Participate in SRA reviews and provide paths forward for any findings.
  • Participate in projects for new/existing vendor hosted applications and provide security guidance.
  • Interpret security policies and be able to speak to them in a manner in which business understands.
  • Oversee the team's work intake queue for BSR enhancement requests, incidents, etc and assign to proper resources.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands on working experience with the Windows operating system, including installation and configuration of vendor software.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be organized and have thorough follow through to ensure deadlines are met and issues are escalated, as needed.
  • Knowledge of security vulnerability management, including the ability to read and interpret Archer security policies and apply them to real life examples as they relate to the application portfolio.
  • 2+ years providing end user technical support to application end users.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing systems for incident management.
  • Must be available for outside of normal business hours for software upgrades etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any experience working with the Legal and Compliance lines of business.

Education
High school diploma with 10+ years of technical experience, Associate Degree with 5+ years of technical experience, or Bachelor Degree with 2+ years of technical experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$72,100.00 - $144,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
