The Role
Work in a global application support team supporting products all over the world!
Develop and maintain software applications with high standards and top technology stacks in the industry. The role involves designing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems related to application functionality, configuration, and usage.
What You’ll Do
- Develop enhancements, bug fixing new features for the appplciations
- Design major features
- Work end to end working cllosely with product, architecture,qa, custmer service to enahnce the applciation
- Provide On-call support on a rotational basis.
- Setup monitoring at all layers of application tech stack and resolve alerts quickly.
- Application performance tuning, outage troubleshooting / triage, short term / long term fixes
- Facilitate production deployments.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years in .NET
- At least 2 years of expierence in SQL server
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity, and a can-do attitude
- Knowledge in public or private cloud or React is a Plus
