Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the development of new features that meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and optimizing application performance, ensuring that the software meets high standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Value Engineering (VE). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Proficient in programming languages relevant to application development. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Value Engineering (VE). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
