Your day at NTT DATA

The Software Development Engineer is a seasoned subject matter expert, tasked with participating in designing, developing, and testing software systems, modules, or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.
This role is accountable for participating in detailed design for certain modules/sub-systems, doing prototype for multi-vendor infrastructure, and showcasing it internally or externally to clients.
This role designs and develops functionality in a micro-services environment working with APIs, telemetry data, and running ML/AI algorithms on it, working with both structured and unstructured data.

What you'll be doing

•Over all 5–6-year experience with working experience on more than a couple(if not all) of following ML techniques

Supervised Learning, Ensemble techniques, featurization, model selection & tuning, Unsupervised Learning, Recommendation systems, Advanced Computer vision & NLP, LSTM etc

•Developing AI/AM solution particularly on Azure / Google AI platform.

•Working knowledge of various LLMs, Vision models etc

•Working knowledge of developing RAG based applications, developing Agentic workflows (desirable)

•Working knowledge of various vector Databases, chunking techniques etc.

•Absolute Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.

•Hands on development of GenAI solutions using Azure / Google

•Define, build, and deploy enterprise-focused Generative AI solutions

•Utilize off-the-shelf Azure / Google AI services, to integrate LLM capabilities into applications, and collaborate with the business and IT teams.

•Build Rapid prototypes and do proof of concepts (PoC) in one or all the following areas: LLM, NLP, DL (Deep Learning), ML (Machine Learning), object detection / classification, tracking, etc.

•Stay informed about the latest advancements in Gen AI, machine learning, and AI technologies to optimize our technical stack.

•Knowledge on containerization, deployment etc. will be preferred
