In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating AI-driven testing methodologies into our ecosystem, directly influencing the reliability of global construction infrastructure and spearheading the transition to intelligent, automated quality engineering.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Spearhead the integration of AI tools to enhance test case generation, defect prediction, and testing cycle acceleration.
Architect and maintain robust automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software delivery.
Evangelize emerging AI testing practices and modern automation techniques across the global QA organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to design high-impact quality procedures for award-winning products.
Provide data-driven insights and quality metrics that influence critical business decisions and product launches.
Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or automated testing environments.
Proven expertise in scripting and test automation using C# or Java within a DevOps CI/CD framework.
Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and technologies specifically applied to test automation and quality enhancement.
Strong background in cloud and virtualization testing environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Bonus Points For:
Experience using AI for test data creation, defect analysis, or microservice testing.
AI-related certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals.
Familiarity with performance and security testing tools or accounting principles
Experience working within a global, distributed team environment.
