Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that meet business objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they align with architectural standards and business requirements.

  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the development team.

  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.

  • Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA and DevOps, to ensure seamless software delivery.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week on-site reporting to our office based in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Software Engineer, with a focus on designing and developing scalable software solutions.

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C and C#.

  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (Git, Perforce).

  • Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of software developers.

  • Previous experience in a Senior Software Engineer or similar role.

  • Experience with microservices architecture.

  • Experience with Unity Game Engine is preferred.
