Position SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that meet business objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
Lead the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they align with architectural standards and business requirements.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the development team.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.
Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA and DevOps, to ensure seamless software delivery.
This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week on-site reporting to our office based in Las Vegas, NV.
QualificationsQualifications:
Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Software Engineer, with a focus on designing and developing scalable software solutions.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C and C#.
Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (Git, Perforce).
Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of software developers.
Previous experience in a Senior Software Engineer or similar role.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with Unity Game Engine is preferred.
