What You’ll Contribute 

  • Design, develop, and execute test case framework to ensure reliability and performance for the distributed system to validate new and existing features.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and testing needs.
  • Assist in maintaining codebase stability by contributing to the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes test environments.
  • Develop effective communication skills to share testing strategies, plans, and results with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Seeking

  • Strong academic record in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through coursework or personal projects.
  • Experience working on non-trivial projects during college (e.g., capstone projects, open-source contributions).
  • Internship experience at a software company with a strong recommendation is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and testing tools.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with Git.
  • Exposure with AWS and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG, or Pytest) is nice to have.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Awareness of Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
