If you are a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), who is willing to take challenges and work with up-to-date tech stacks, knows how to write/read code, propose/use new tools and solutions, like to do RCA , and willing to join a fast-growing senior QA automation team here in Belgrade, then you are at the right place :)
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and implementing infrastructure and test automation across the testing pyramid for modern cloud-based distributed processing system
- As a part of the automation chapter, you'll be in charge of continuously improving the underlying infrastructure of test automation in the company
- Solving complex and interesting QA tasks Mentoring, supporting, and transferring knowledge to QA automation engineers
- Working alongside top-notch engineers on the front of IT technologies
What you’ll need to be successful in the role
- At least 6+ years of experience in test automation ( Software developer )
- Strong knowledge of OOP and testing concepts, methodologies and best practices ( preferably Java/Type Script )
- Strong understanding of Unit, Integration, Acceptance, Regression, UAT, Security and Performance testing, methodologies and best practices
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and STLC Experience with performance testing
- Experience with one server side technology (Java/C# etc..)
- Experience with one client side technology (TS, Kotlin etc..) - good to have
- Experience with message queues (preferably RabbitMQ)
- Experience with writing asynchronous code
- Experience with RPC (gRPC etc)
- Experience with DB - advance queries (preferable PostgreSQL)
- Experience with CI/CD (like GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Experience with microservice based architecture
- Familiarity with conterization and container orchestration tools (like k8s, docker)
- Familiarity with DRY, SOLID , KISS and others programing concepts and principles
- High self-initiative, structured and goal oriented way of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Successfully completed degree in computer science or relevant work experience
