  • Analyze moderate to high‑risk business and technical requirements, design solution alternatives, and contribute to technical decision‑making across platforms and systems.
  • Design and implement software solutions using appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and platforms. Develop code, configure systems, and continuously improve application quality and performance.
  • Apply modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, version control, and secure coding standards.
  • Create and maintain unit tests, participate in integration and cross‑functional testing efforts, and document test outcomes.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design artifacts, SDLC documentation, and production change records.
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and participation in on‑call or support rotations as required.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet development milestones and delivery commitments. Provide constructive feedback through design and code reviews.
  • Act as a technical resource for the team, sharing knowledge and best practices across the engineering community. May mentor or guide less experienced staff.
  • Contribute to the standardization of engineering processes and ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and share relevant learnings with teammates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring:
