About the Role
Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Engineer to join the ERCS team, part of the Private Cellular Network (PCN) product line. This team of six engineers in India is responsible for building on-prem and cloud service features related to the RAN domain for the EP5G PCN solution.
We foster a collaborative, fast-paced culture focused on innovation, ownership, and technical excellence. This role will contribute to accelerating RAN domain R&D, enhancing product performance, and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack features for the PCN product line, covering both frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and implement technical requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Promote a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and scalable architecture.
- Build expertise in the RAN domain and mentor team members to elevate technical depth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with Ember.js or similar frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Strong backend development skills using Golang or Python.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and work with cutting-edge technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in 4G/5G radio technologies and RAN domain is a significant plus.
- Understanding of telecommunications and cellular networks.
