This is a hybrid role, located on our campus in Mountlake Terrace, Washington

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business and technology teams to understand requirements and design effective software solutions
  • Develop, test, and maintain applications using modern development practices, including CI/CD and automated testing
  • Write clean, maintainable code using technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL Server, XML, and JSON
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team delivery and processes
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, including participating in on-call support as needed
  • Contribute to testing efforts, including unit testing and test automation
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and SDLC artifacts
  • Collaborate with team members to meet delivery milestones and provide input on design and implementation decisions
  • Support standardization of development processes and follow enterprise engineering best practices

  • 1–4 years of experience in software development or related technical roles
  • Experience with .NET and C# development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Azure or cloud-based applications
  • Exposure to API and service-based architectures
  • Experience in an agile development environment
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and practices

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong foundational coding and debugging skills
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot moderately complex technical issues
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn and grow

Why this role matters

The systems you build will directly shape how providers exchange critical data, improving accuracy, reducing cost, and making healthcare simpler and more accessible. You’ll join a collaborative engineering team that values curiosity, continuous learning, and smart use of technology to solve real‑world challenges. Your work will influence how people experience healthcare every day, and your ideas will help drive the next generation of intelligent, scalable solutions.
