As a Software Development Engineer (Automation & Operational Excellence) you will be responsible for;
We are hiring a Software Development Engineer focused on operational excellence. This role will drive automation of manual workflows, improve system reliability, and build robust CI/CD and testing pipelines.
- Automate manual processes and operational workflows
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Develop integration and end-to-end testing frameworks
- Improve system reliability, observability, and deployment processes
- Collaborate across teams to streamline engineering operations
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
Qualifications;
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Experience with integration testing and automation frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience using AI tools to enhance developer productivity
Salary Range: $105,000 – $135,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
