What We are Looking For:
We are looking for a Software Developer who will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This role will work across backend and frontend systems, contributing to a modern, scalable platform built primarily with Golang and TypeScript.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain software applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse system requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design, build, and maintain clean, efficient, reusable, and reliable code using industry best practices
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance functionality, usability, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage software releases
- Debug and resolve application issues and deliver timely fixes
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Partner closely with a global team across the US, Australia, and the Philippines, with flexibility to work occasional evening hours to support cross-time-zone collaboration
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong experience with Golang and TypeScript
- Experience building APIs, services, and web applications
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Make
- Experience working with Git and Bitbucket in DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines and frequent release cycles
- Experience with microservices architectures (Kubernetes highly desirable)
- Experience with Angular (preferred) or React
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience deploying applications in a cloud environment
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, team-oriented environment
- Experience with additional languages such as JavaScript, Bash, C, Ruby, or C++
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind (preferred) or Bootstrap
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience working in cybersecurity or security-focused environments
What We Offer:
We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This position has a salary range of USD $170,000 - $200,000. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
