We are seeking a Software Developer to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Ft. Myers. In this role, you will design, develop, and test applications using various technologies to meet client specifications. You will also collaborate with a team to coordinate development, production deployment, and system support, including client training.
What You'll Do
Meet with clients to gather and finalize application requirements
Set tasks and development goals
Develop new applications using SQL, Web API, C#/.NET
Design, code, and implement scalable applications usable across multiple platforms
Test and debug code to ensure functionality
Review website interfaces and software stability
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
Maintain and update applications as needed
Provide system training to staff and customers
Maintain and organize source materials using SCCM tools like GitHub
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
Proficiency in Visual Studio, C#/.NET, Web API, PowerShell, and MVC Frameworks
Strong knowledge of SQL, Java Language, HTML5, XML, jQuery, and Web Services
High-level coding skills and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
Experience with SCCM methods and version control using GitHub
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA and other standards
Sedentary work involving sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional movement to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive computer tasks, including using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$70,000 - $75,000 per yearThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
