In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Software Developer to join our Business Continuity team under Supply Chain Optimization Solution.
What we need you to do and be

You will work in a team responsible for multiple containerised Java services built with Spring Boot, running in either public or private cloud environments, all ensuring business continuity for our Supply Chain Optimisation application.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in the full development lifecycle—from design and implementation to code review—across projects of varying scale, from quick fixes to major initiatives
- Debug and resolve issues to maintain service reliability
- Develop and enhance logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms to maintain high service availability and system observability
- Address security vulnerabilities and keep our JDK and library dependencies up to date
- Understand, troubleshoot, and improve our GitLab CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments
What you’ll bring to the table

- Experience with high-level programming languages (preferably Java) and object-oriented design principles
- Hands-on experience working with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems
- Understanding of modern software development practices including version control (Git), testing, and code review
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy
- Fluent in written and spoken English
What we see as an advantage
- Experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Datadog, or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar)
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps practices
- Knowledge of object storage systems (S3, Azure Blob Storage, or similar)
- As a bonus, we consider the experience of working with an international team
