We’re looking for a Developer who is energized by building scalable, reliable software and excited to contribute to AI-powered features that enhance our platform. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed—while shaping the future of AI for local economies.
Your Impact:
As a Developer, you'll work with engineering teams, QA, and product managers to:
- Contribute to building features using modern programming languages and frameworks such as Go and Angular.
- Participate in software design discussions focused on simplicity, maintainability, and performance.
- Apply AI tools and APIs to support tasks like code generation, data handling, and workflow automation.
- Help implement AI-powered features including intelligent recommendations, summarization, and natural language prompts under mentorship.
- Participate in agile rituals such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive high-quality software delivery.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, while contributing to automated test coverage and peer code reviews.
- Support production excellence through debugging, on-call rotations, and monitoring improvements.
- Continuously grow your skills in software development and responsible AI usage through learning and collaboration.
What You Bring to the Table:
- You bring 3–5 years of experience in software development, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
- You have a solid grasp of front-end and back-end development and are proficient in programming languages such as Go (preferred) or Java, and Angular (preferred) or React.
- You're comfortable working with databases like PostgreSQL, using version control tools like Git, and integrating with REST APIs.
- You communicate effectively in collaborative team environments and have a growth mindset.
- You take accountability for your learning and are committed to delivering high-quality results.
- While a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, equivalent practical experience such as internships, co-ops, or project-based development is also valued.
