POSITION OVERVIEW

Primary responsibility is to provide technical leadership and develop software applications by studying requirements, systems flow, data usage and work processes following the Software Development Lifecycle to meet the user needs for GN. The responsibility includes evaluating, estimating, architecting, developing, unit testing, and supporting the deployment of Software applications while mentoring team members to reach their full potential. This position requires the ability to quickly learn complex domain concepts and good understanding of the DevOps best practices.

We are looking for a Software Developer to provide technical leadership and work closely with research and engineering teams to develop software applications. Additionally, this role requires to interface with product management and other engineering leaders to design robust, scalable software that meets both the immediate and future needs of our constantly evolving business environment. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS (Key Success Factors)

  • Determine and identify high-level functional and technical requirements by working with global teams
  • Be actively involved in software development, systems integration, build, and deployment of high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and create reusable subsystems using modern techniques
  • Expected to stay on the leading edge of development practices

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer
  • Proven track record in software development
  • Solid experience in C#, .NET, HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge about WebView and Blazor is preferred
  • Passioned about UX and design front end applications
  • Experience in solution design using design patterns, hands-on development and testing (incl. automated testing)
  • Experienced in API design and development
  • Experience with Agile development preferably in a SAFe environment
  • Experience in Git
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Detailed oriented and quality focused
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience in working with global teams
