We are hiring a Software Developer in our Little Rock location.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing enterprise application solutions. You will be part of a diverse development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. As a Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies and platforms, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.

- 1-3 years of experience in software development, design, and system integration.
- BS in Computer Science, or 1+ year of programming/designing experience.
- Programming experience with SQL.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work Independently.
- Must possess a service-oriented attitude and be able to communicate and coordinate well with team members and customers.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IBM i (a.k.a. iSeries, AS/400).
- Programming experience with RPG ILE using free format and procedures, including CLLE, DDS, SDA, CMD and sub-file processing.
- Rational Software experience.
- Visual Studio Code for i experience
