Development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions for a web flexible benefits platform, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and optimal service functionality.YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE Responsibilities: 1. Software Design & Development Translate product requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Contribute to system design and architecture discussions. Build scalable, secure, and reusable services and features. 2. Agile Collaboration Participate actively in agile ceremonies and backlog grooming. Partner with QA, Product, and Design for testability and user experience. Contribute to squad rituals and delivery outcomes. 3. Testing & Documentation Write unit and integration tests to ensure functionality and stability. Maintain technical documentation, API contracts, and developer notes. Support debugging and incident resolution as needed. 4. Continuous Improvement Suggest and implement improvements to engineering practices, architecture, or performance. Stay current with modern development trends, tools, and patterns. Share knowledge with peers through code reviews and technical discussions. YOU ARE A MATCH IF... Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development, ideally in an agile product team. Skills & Certifications: Proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., C#, .NET Core, Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript). Familiarity with modern frameworks, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD practices. Experience with microservices, databases, and containerized environments is a plus. Languages: For global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Hybrid working patterns depending on the company policies. Collaboration across different countries, functions, and time zones. Travel may be required depending on business needs. For local roles: Hybrid working environment depending on local policies. Collaboration with local business teams and relevant regional or global stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required depending on business needs. Competencies: Full-Stack (Angular/React) or Backend Development with C# and .NET Secure Coding Practices Code Review and Refactoring Agile & DevOps Collaboration Unit and Integration Testing.

Skills Required
